The
membership area of Region Three includes the states of Virginia, Maryland, Delaware,
West Virginia and the District of Columbia. If you're a sworn law enforcement
canine handler, trainer or administrator and reside within this area, you are
eligible for membership in the United States Police Canine Association, Inc.
