From Route 50 - MD or the Baltimore-Washington Parkway
Take these roads to New York Avenue, NE. Continue downtown on New York Avenue. You will cross Florida Avenue NE and North Capitol Street. After you cross North Capitol, stay in the left lane. This lane becomes two left turn lanes to southbound Interstate 395. Stay in the right hand turn lane, when you turn left, go on the side street (4th Street NW) instead of the 395 tunnel. You will cross Massachusetts Avenue and "H" Street. The FOP Hall is on the left. The address is 711 4th Street NW.

From Woodrow Wilson Bridge
Take Interstate 295 north into DC. Take Exit 4 - 395/Washington Navy Yard. When you are on the bridge take the ramp to 395 Downtown. On the ramp, stay in the right lane. This becomes an exit only for north 395. Stay in this lane through the tunnel. Take the exit for Massachusetts Avenue. Stay in the left lane on the ramp. Go to the 2nd traffic light and turn left onto "H" Street. As soon as you make the turn, get in the center lane and follow the "H" Street sign. You will immediately cross Massachusetts Avenue. From Interstate 95 Virginia
Go north on 95 into Springfield, VA. Continue north onto Interstate 395. Continue north on Rte 395 and go by the Pentagon. When you are crossing the Potomac River, stay in the second lane from the right. You will leave the waterfront. Pass the exit for Maine Avenue and then take the exit for 395 North/ US Capitol. Go through the tunnel. Take the exit for Massachusetts Avenue. Stay in the left lane on the ramp. Go to the 2nd traffic light and turn left onto "H" Street. As soon as you make the turn, get in the center lane and follow the "H" Street sign. You will immediately cross Massachusetts Avenue. The next light is 4th Street NW. Turn left. From Interstates 70 / 270 / Western Maryland
Go to the Washington Beltway (Interstate 495). Take the Outer Loop towards Northern Virginia. When you leave Maryland and cross the Potomac River, take the first exit onto the George Washington Memorial Parkway. Take the Parkway to 395 north. (On the Parkway, you will pass exits for Turkey Run Park / CIA / Route 123 / Key Bridge / Roosevelt Bridge / Memorial Bridge / 395 South / Columbia Island Marina / 395 South and than the exit for 395 North) When you are crossing the Potomac River, stay in the second lane from the right.
